Returns Eligibility

We wear our precision and production quality as a badge of honour in the custom products we design, print, and ultimately build ourselves. As all our products are custom, we cannot offer a refund for custom items. However, we will be happy to resolve your issue if the product you receive does not meet the specifications you provided or if an error in printing, design, or manufacture occurs.

Important Points:

  • Timeframe: If you think your order is wrong or damaged, contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving it.
  • Terms & Conditions: Reprints or Reproduction will only be considered if the product is unused and in its original condition.
  • Order Verification: When you contact us, you must provide the order number and photo or video of the product you received.

Requesting a Reprint or Reproduction

How do you start a reprint or reproduction request if the product you receive is not made to your specifications?

Contact Us:

Please contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order. Feel free to reach out by email at sales@rushcustomboxes.co.uk or by phone at 020 8609 1888. Alternatively, you could always use the contact form on our site.

Be Specific:

In your message, add the following information:

  • Your order number.
  • Description of the problem (wrong size, colour, design error, etc.).
  • Clear photo or video of the product showing the issue.

If your claim has been substantiated, we will issue a reprint or reproduction of your order at no cost. We will also include return shipping instructions if you need to return the original product.

If your custom products were not made according to the specifications you provided us, we will reprint them for you. We do not offer refunds or returns for non-defective, correctly made products.

Note:

As all of our products are made to order, we do not offer refunds on custom orders. However, there was a mistake related to the order (like a printing error, wrong product, or damage). In that case, we will offer to reprint or reproduce your product to your original specifications.

Damaged or Defective Items

We package and ship with utmost care to ensure your boxes and packaging arrive in perfect condition. However, if you receive a broken or malfunctioning item, kindly let us know within 7 days of receiving the product.

How to Report Defects or Damage?

  1. Immediately notify our customer support with your order information.
  2. Share images of the damages or defects for our consideration.
  3. If damage is confirmed, a reprint or replacement is offered where applicable.
